ROLL CALL. _Ground Rules_

1) Dress in your sexiest, most creative, attention grabbing festival attire. Our Star Studded line up will be choosing people to come on stage to preform a task for prizes. There will also be games and raffles for the 2 $25,000 Year Scholarship & 50k Worth of cash and gift cards up for grads.

2) Ticket will be replaced with unique festival wristband at entrance gate upon entry. Do not lose or take it off. It will be treated as you snuck in and you will be escorted out.

3) Tickets are sold.

Oct-Nov Early Bird $80

Dec-Jan Admission $100

Feb-Mar General Admission $120

April-. Late $150

May- Gate $200

4) There is a lot of crowd control, security & officers. This is to insure safety and, secure the premises. Before and during and after the show. From the woods to the parking area. They will do whatever they need to keep this event running, safe, and smooth.

5) There is no alcohol inside the event venue. BA Promotions has no liquor license. This is strictly enforced. Security will take your booze.

6) This is a word of mouth event. Tell your people so it's your people. This is a chance for your old friends to meet your new ones.

7) Don't be the guy in a fight.

Don't be that guy getting kicked out.

Don't be that guy or girl... In the ambulance.

Don't be the mf throwing shit.

8) There are 5 Exits and 1 Main and only entrance. You must have your wristband to enter every time all day.

9) Don't let your friends get in trouble.

10) Have Fun All Day.

*TBH I wanted to do a NYE2019 event to kick start The Meeting. If ticket sell fast enough I might be able to make it happen. If not I'll catch NYE2020 for you all.
